Shipping & Delivery Policy
We pack and ship every order straight from our warehouse in Nuremberg, Germany — with love, sweat, and probably some tape stuck to our fingers.
Our goal is to get your gear rolling as fast as possible while keeping you informed every step of the way.
Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
We usually dispatch within 1 – 2 business days after receiving your order.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
We try to keep things simple and fair. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free shipping:
We offer free shipping for orders over €50 within Germany and €100 within the EU.
For international orders, free shipping may be available for higher order values — see your checkout for final details.
All shipping costs include VAT (MwSt.) where applicable.
Delivery Times
Our delivery estimates are:

🌍 Worldwide: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Please note: once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the carrier and customs clearance. External delays are out of our control, but we’ll always help if something’s stuck in transit.
Carriers
We ship via DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn).
All orders include tracking, which you’ll receive via email after dispatch.
Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties
If you’re ordering from outside the European Union, your country’s customs office may charge additional fees or import taxes.
These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot influence or predict these charges — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery carrier immediately and contact us within 7 days at contact@rockinframes.com.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping provider.
Lost packages will be replaced or refunded once the investigation is completed by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We can’t redirect parcels once they’re shipped.
If the address you provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can resend it, but new shipping costs will apply.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder,” the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page.
We’ll ship your entire order once all items are available — unless you request a split shipment (extra fees may apply).
Order Tracking
After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can check your package status anytime on the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier first — sometimes packages are left at pickup stations or with neighbors.
Delays & External Factors
Sometimes life happens — carrier strikes, customs inspections, bad weather, or a DHL driver stuck in traffic.
We’ll always do our best to support you and make sure your gear arrives safe and sound, but please allow for minor unexpected delays.
