ROCKIN' MIX5 90/80 Frame (UFS)

I started skating again after a 20 year hiatus several months ago. After playing with a 4x80 setup, I wanted to get something a bit… different. I ended up choosing the Mix 5 90/80. These things have been EPIC fun! Small learning curve with the extension from the front and back of the boot, but I have significantly more fun than my 4x80 setup. On top of that, the stability during speed sessions makes them a blast, the rockering makes them slippy, without being “oh sh!t” slippy - like a drift car, fast, slippy, fun. These really are awesome. I purchased a pack with wheels + bearings so everything was fresh. The bearings are smooth as silk and the wheels are holding up well. All in all, would buy again in a heart beat! Oh and they get some comments about looking pretty spiffy too!

I bought the MIX5 90/80 because I was looking for a frame that was stable and maneuverable at the same time. And that's exactly what the frame offers. Felt like I couldn't fall backward or forward. Whether I ride longer distances or practice slides in the parking lot, the Frame makes me happy. Overall I have a lot of fun riding them and they are definitely a speed upgrade coming from my Rockin’ 490.
