We are happy to announce the next production update. We got contacted by our supplier today and they reported that CNC process is finished. All the ordered frames have been milled. So they all are ready for the next step: finish. Finish will include some processes as beadblasting (surface getting finished with pressured air and tiny glass beads) and also anodize. After receiving the frame samples we were forced to do things fast. We also had to take the pictures of products for our website / intagram / facebook. After reviewing the sample quality and checking if everything is fine, we are now ready to continue working on our website. Last week edits were applied to homepage, product pages and we also started working on few other pages for you to be comfortable and to understand a bit of practical theory regarding our frames. During new week we will make even more updates to the website including official / legal pages…

Early this morning we received the Rockin' Frames samples. All 6 models are there. We already checked them for production flaws and found few things that went a bit wrong. Now we will have to make minor tweaks and discuss these small errors with production partner and we are good to go to start producing the final product. Meanwhile you can take a look at what we got right now. Please mind, that every of our models will come in 2 colors: Black and the one you will see here.

We got the pictures of ready to be shipped frames from our partner. Frames are already packed and waiting for monday to be sent to us for quality review. As we can see, 490 model will come in yellow. Also, all of our frames will share black color apart from their personal color. 580 frames will come in purple and 4100 frames will come in red. 576 will come in lightblue color 4110 comes in darkblue and 590 in pure green color These pictures have no filters. We got email from production partner today. They are ready with sample milling and now will proceed to finish which will include removal of imperfections / scratches that appeared during machining, beadblasting, anodize and model name engraving. As soon as these operations will be done, frame samples should be shipped to us for quality review. We will keep everyone who is following us updated.
