Q: Can I get a frame with custom color / finish / rocker / etc?
A: We do not make custom frames.
Q: Can I buy 165mm adapters separately from frame?
A: We don’t sell 165mm adapters separately. They only come together with our frames (and are included by default).
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Germany.
Q: What company is a shipping provider?
A: We are shipping via DHL. Pleace check our Shipping methods page for shipping prices and details.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We are shipping worldwide. Pleace check our Shipping methods page for shipping prices and details.
Q: Do I have to pay taxes / duties / customs fees?
A: It depends on the country of destination. Please check with your local authorities for information. All the customs taxes and duties are paid by the customer.
Q: Can you set the value in the customs declaration lower than the actual products’s price?
A: The customs declaration is generated automatically upon purchase. We can nor edit or change it.
Q: ARE YOU PLANNING TO MAKE FRAMES WITH TRINITY MOUNTING?
A: That depends on many things. Maybe.
Q: ARE YOU PLANNING TO MAKE FRAMES WITH “NATURAL” OR “SILVER” FINISH?
A: No.
Q: I didn’t receive any order confirmation and shipping details

Q: What does “rocker” mean?
A: Please read our Rocker information page.
Q: What are the rocker specifications?
A:
Our 4-wheel frames have a so-called natural rocker, which means that the first and fourth wheels are slightly raised. The 1st wheel slightly more than 1mm, the 4th wheel slightly less than 1mm.
Our 5-wheel frames have a symmetrical rocker with its pivot point on the 3rd wheel. The 1st and 5th wheels are raised slightly higher than the 2nd and 4th wheels with the 3rd wheel being the lowest.
For both 4- and 5-wheel frames only 2 wheels can be in contact with ground at the same time.
Q: Is your rocker the same as the one “Some other company” frames have?
A: Most probably no. We are passionate skaters and have tried out many frames that are currently on the market, but unfortunately did not find the perfect one to suit our expectations and hopes. So we have created our own rocker that is exactly what we were looking for.

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: It depends on what the country of destination is and on the amount of orders we will be getting (more orders means slightly longer processing time). Please check our Shipping methods page for more information.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED COUNTING FROM THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE?
A: We usually process orders on the same day if the order is placed before 2PM (14:00) (GMT+2). Orders that are placed later will be processed the next day.
Q: Which payment systems do you use?
A: PayPal, Credit card via PayPal checkout (having a PayPal account is not necessary).
Q: How can I pay with credit card if I don’t have a PayPal account?
A: 1) At checkout, when system will offer you to pay, click on “PayPal Buy Now” button;
2) In the Pop-Up window click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”;
3) Fill in your information and click on “Continue as Guest”.
Q: Can I use your frames with a Trinity Boot?
A: No. Our frames have UFS mounting standard and our adapters allow to mount the frames on 165mm skates.
Q: Can I skate your frames with a 165mm Mounting standard Boot?
A: Yes. Even though our frames are specifically designed for the UFS mounting system, you can mount the frames on 165mm skates using our adapters (shipped with each frame).
Q: Do you need testers for your frames?
A: Our frames have already been tested by skaters with different skill levels.

Q: Do these frames really rock?
